Full Debut or Birthday Coordination

Full Debut or Birthday Coordination [at least 9 months, 0 to 10% Preparations]

PhP 35,000

Inclusions:

  1. Unlimited meetings before the event to discuss details and other requirements and for proper turn-over [including dress rehearsal (optional) and meetings must be scheduled in advance].
  2. Minimum of five (5) coordinators (depending on the number of guests) will be present during the event (2 to 3 hours before the ceremony).
  3. Conceptualization and planning.
  4. Follow-up / Reminder calls for suppliers and event party.
  5. Assist the celebrant at the hotel/residence; update celebrant about the plans.
  6. Execution of all plans during the event.
  7. The above service fees is for a maximum number of 200 guests only; there will be an additional charge of PhP800 for every 50 guest in excess or a fraction of the contracted number of persons.
  8. FREE RSVP.

Terms & Conditions:

  • beginnings events management only accepts 1 to 3 events in a month to allow personalized attention and service to each client. There will be a contract, accompanied by a deposit to reserved the date of event. Once the event is reserve no other event will be booked on that day.
  • Fifty (50%) percent deposit (half of the initial deposit is the reservation fee which is non-refundable). Another twenty-five (25%) shall be paid two weeks before the event and the remaining balance must be settled in full right after the reception. We accept payments either cash or check. Please make check payments payable to begiinings events management.
  • For out-of-town events, our service fees is subject for quotation.
  • We are giving 5% discount for the Full (Wedding/Debut) Coordination Package for  ON-SITE BOOKING at the BRIDAL FAIR (Please check-out the dates in our website).
