Inclusions:
- There will be three (3) meetings before the event to discuss details and other requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) coordinators will be present during the event.
- Follow-up / Reminder calls to the suppliers for church ceremony.
- Execution of agreed plans at the church ceremony.
Terms & Conditions:
- beginnings events management only accepts 1 to 3 events in a month to allow personalize attention and service to each client. There will be a contract, accompanied by a deposit to reserve the date of event. Once a event is reserved no other event will be booked on that day.
- Fifty (50%) percent deposit (half of the initial deposit is the reservation fee which is non-refundable). The balance payment must be settle before or after the church ceremony.
- We accept payments in cash or check. Please make checks payable to beginnings events management.
- For Out-Of-Town packages will be subject for quotation.
