D-Day / On-The-Day (OTD) Wedding Coordination

On your special day, it's important to have someone tending to all the details, so you can enjoy yourself. Choose this package when you've made your own arrangements, but would like someone else to oversee or supervise the event and make sure that everthing runs smoothly.

D-Day / On-The-Day (OTD) Wedding Coordination [at least 2months, 90 to 100% Wedding Preparations]

PhP 15,000

Inclusions:

  1. Unlimited meetings before the event to discuss details and other requirements and for proper turn-over [including wedding rehearsal (optional) and meetings must be scheduled in advance].
  2. Minimum of five (5) coordinators (depending on the number of guests) will be present during the event (2 to 3 hours before the ceremony).
  3. Conceptualization and planning.
  4. Follow-up / Reminder calls for suppliers and wedding party.
  5. Assist the couple at the hotel/residence; update the couple about the plans.
  6. Execution of all plans from ceremony to reception.
  7. The above service fees is for a maximum of 200 guest only; there will be an additional charge of PhP800 for every 50 guest in excess or a fraction of the contracted number of persons.
  8. FREE RSVP.
  9. FREE 2pcs. Large Party Poppers [for ON-SITE BOOKING ONLY].

Terms & Conditions:

  • beginnings events management only accepts 1 to 3 events in a month to allow personalized attention and service to each client. There will be a contract, accompanied by a deposit to reserved the date of event. Once the event is reserve no other event will be booked on that day.
  • Fifty (50%) percent deposit (half of the initial deposit is the reservation fee which is non-refundable). Another twenty-five (25%) shall be paid two weeks before the event and the remaining balance must be settled in full right after the reception. We accept payments either cash or check.   • For out-of-town events, our service fees is subject for quotation.
  • We are giving 5% discount for the Turn-Over (Wedding/Debut) Coordination Package for ON-SITE BOOKING at the BRIDAL FAIR (Please check-out the dates in our website).
